Phase 1: renovations to upgrade 90 suites and 35 rooms to boutique hotel standards. The entire hotel will benefit from this wind of change, including the restaurant, reception area, spa and fitness centre.

Phase 2: construction of a new complex to house 60 new units.

Phase 3: construction of a new building of deluxe condos.

Phase 4: development of  the “resort living” concept, which will allow owners to take advantage of all hotel services and feel like they’re on vacation...at home.
